| PHASE ONE – Pre Construction Design |
| During the design development process Bob meets with owners, architects and designers to provide input on building materials, product, budgets and functionality This pre-construction service is included in the contracting fee and is a key component in managing the balance and creativity of each design. Giving a clear perspective on how each detail relates to the vision of the design team as well as the client. |

| PHASE TWO – Building Phase |
| Once the project is underway, Bob works diligently to manages the construction budget, schedule, detail, and quality of every aspect of the development. Project walk throughs are held regularly with the owners, subs, designers and architects to clarify each step of the construction process. Clients receive monthly job reports on the progress of the project including the option of website tracing and daily communication through Procore.com |

| PHASE THREE – Owner Occupancy |
| After the project is complete Mid Coast Builders facilitates the owner move in by cleaning the project and providing owner orientation of all home systems and products. Upon move in Mid Coast Builder’s is available to provide services to the home Owners specific needs. |
